caller told me my back tax debt had been classified as non-collectible; it is NOT NECCESARY TO PAY. She said this is part of a new federal economic program that she knows I am well acquainted with.  However, then she said, &quot;before you START PAYING this tax, you must call me first.&quot;    - caller never identified who was calling - there are no back taxes to pay - seniors, be particularly aware of this SCAM!!!
