Received a call from this number on Nov 21, 2022, at 10:01AM. I usually don't answer "unknown" calls but picked this one up mistakenly. After a pause, and Asian man, spoke my correct name and wanted to know about a property I had for sale. The property actually SOLD months previously; however, this person also had the correct address of the property. I hung up quickly. However, this was unnerving to me. Where are they getting their information and what do they intend to do with it? BEWARE, do not give out any private information to them. I've received calls once a day, for the last week, from this area code and prefix. The only thing different is the last four digits of the number. I believe they are capable of changing the number that they "APPEAR" to be calling from and because of this, must be up to no good!
