Scam, said they were from the Comminwealth Bank. Could only confirm my name but said there were suspicious transactions from New Zealand by a Lisa Smith trying to be processed. When I said they hadn’t even verified who I was and couldn’t confirm what my account number was, they said ‘I’ve already confirmed your name’, ‘Don’t blame the bank if these transactions go through’. As if the banks would even say that.
